This is the last Will and Testament / of me Sarah Disraeli of 73 Gloucester Place Hyde Park in the county of Middlesex I desire that all the monies of # / which I am possessed standing in my name in the Bank of England & all monies invested in shares in any joint Stock Banks & any monies that may arise from the sale of such shares may be equally divided between my three / Brothers the Rt honorable Benjamin Disraeli M.P. Ralph Disraeli and James Disraeli subject to the payment of / all my debts & all such legacies as I herein appoint or may hereafter appoint by any codiril [?] to this my last Will and # / Testament I bequeath to Ellen Gray Mynors the wife of Robert Baskerville Rickards Mynors of Evanroyd the only child of my dear friend Georgiana Esther Higgins an anricut [?] diamond ring once belonging to her Great Grandmother on which / is now engraved her name & the date of her death I leave it to her as I promised her Grandmother & with the hope / that I may survive after death in her memory in connexion [sic] with those dear friends I have loved so tenderly in life I give to my faithful and kind attendant Mary Wright the sum of Sixty pounds free of legacy duty I do hereby appoint my dear brother / Ralph Disraeli Executor of this my last will and testament and my Residuary Legatee begging him to give such ## / remembrances to my dear friends as I have indicated to him I pray to God to bless my dear Brothers and wish I could have / been of more value to them in this world Signed by me this ninth day of December one thousand eight hundred and fifty nine / Sarah Disraeli ________Signed & delivered this ninth day of December eighteen hundred and fifty nine by the said #/ Sarah Disraeli in her presence and in the presence of each other _________ Caesar H. I Walter John Bryant of No 7 Bathurst Street Hyde Park in the county of Middlesex doctor of medicine make oath / that I am one of the subscribing witnesses to the last Will and Testament of the said Sarah Disraeli formerly of Ailsu Park / Villas Twickenham in the county of Middlesex and late of No 73 Gloucester Place Hyde Park in the same county Spinster deceased / the said will being now hereunto annexed bearing date the ninth day of December one thousand eight hundred and fifty nine / and that the said Testatrix executed the said will on the day of the date thereof by signing her name at the foot or end thereof / as the same now appears thereon in the presence of me and of Caesar Henry Hawkins the other subscribed witness thereto both of / us bring present at the same time and we thereupon attested and subscribed the said will in the presence of the said Testatrix_________/ Walter John Bryant__________Sworn at No 4 Orchard Street (Poctunan) Square in the County of Middlesex on the / twentyeighth day of December 1859 Before me__________Richd Nation - a London Commissioner to administer oaths in Chancery off. / Examined -F.B. / fo7
