My dear MA

I am sorry to say

Watson upon examination

by Bryant considers

it has assumed a

most serious aspect

& he considers that

it has assumed the

character of a

surgical ^ case & has

recommended that

Caesar Hawkins be

consulted.

Bryant expects

he will be able

to have an Examination

tomorrow evening.

Sa is quite prepared

to see a Surgeon

only she says she

will have nothing

done to her until

she has been fully

prepared for it

Yours
