The Principal Registry / In Her Majesty's Court of Probate / BE IT KNOWN, that on the Thirty first day of December / 1859, the last Will and Testament________, hereunto / annexed, of Sarah Disraeli formerly of Ailsu / Park Villas Twickenham in the County of / Middlesex and late of No 73 Gloucester Place Hyde / Park in the same County Spinster / deceased who died on or about the Nineteenth day of December 1859,/ at No 73 Gloucester Place aforesaid / was proved, and registered in the Principal Registry of Her Majesty's Court of Probate, / land that the administration of all and singular the personal estate and effects of the said / deceased, was granted by the aforesaid Court to Ralph Disraeli / Esquire the brother of the said Deceased &endash; the / sole executor_______ / named in the said Will, he having been first sworn well and faithfully to / administer the same, by paying the just debts of the deceased and the legacies / contained in her Will_______ so far as he is / thereunto bound by law, and to exhibit a true and perfect inventory of all and / singular the said estate and effects, and to render a just and true account thereof / whenever required by law so to do. / H L[*] / Registrar
