Lotus Hips Mindful Yoga
My own practice includes extended periods of meditation practice in the Zen tradition.
Long periods of sitting is hard work for the core, the hips, the legs and especially the knees when the other joints are tight.
Over the years, I’ve evolved a set of vinyasa that have given me more freedom in the core and hips and have brought relief to my low back and knees. I’ve documented a number of these vinyasa here or you can explore these and other asana at the following classes.
