The focus of the Yoga is on core development, myofascial stretching, joint mobility, and strength, always working with attention to sensation and breath.
The goal of practice is to improve well-being and to keep practising through all stages of our life. Success in Yoga is measured through our resilience and presence in the moment.
Zen meditation is breath focused, each session offers unfolding instruction on practice.
All class times are Eastern Time Zone (Toronto), please adjust to your location for the local start time, so 10am. Toronto IS 16:00 Paris IS 7am Seattle
Sunday 10:00 – 11:15, Yoga, followed by 11:30 meditation through to 12:30 (noon).
Monday 13:30 – 14:45 Yoga
Tuesday 10:00 – 11:15 Yoga
Wednesday 19:00 – 20:30 is Zen meditation, short verview of posture and breath at the start if needed, use a chair or sit on the floor. Optional discussion at the end.
Thursday 13:30 – 14:15 Yoga

Classes are offered by donation, if you are able to send funds, please use Interact from your bank or Paypal; to use either you can send to the above address. Our circumstances vary widely, practising together is what is most important.
What to bring; A yoga mat is helpful, having a non-slippery surface is important.
A blanket, a small pillow or yoga block is useful, and a yoga belt or tea towel can be helpful during class.
