If you wish to join us for seated and walking meditation, then come Tuesday evenings from 7:00pm to 8:30pm.
Silent sitting and walking, we do 3 periods of approximately 25minutes each with walking meditation between the periods.
Sit in a chair, on a cushion (zafu), or use a kneeling bench (seiza) as you prefer.
